Athlete has available time scheduled access to coach on weekly bases trough email, Skype, Viber, phone and other source with answers on training, race preparation, equipment preparation and choice.

Initial interview to establish current condition and history of training which gives us guidelines in designing future training plan.

Analysis of your training history if you have an available log of it (Garmin connect, TrainingPeaks etc….).

We create TrainingPeaks™ Premium account for you if you don`t have one (for the time of cooperation with us).

Design of anual training plan based on your race calendar and goals

Design of an individual training plan on your goals, your training history and time schedule.

Coaches weekly tracking of your training, analysis feedback and plan corrections if needed trough TrainingPeaks

Daily workout notifications on training scheduled for next day keeping you on track

Coach advice and guidance when you need it
